TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our terms and conditions carefully.
Availability and Bookings:
Drone applications can often be at the mercy of the weather and for this reason we always tentatively book clients. Depending on your specific requirements the conditions may not be suited and we may need to reschedule. We will always work closely with you to ensure we are meeting your needs or application.
Task Planning:
We complete an in-depth risk assessment for each and every drone task which is a requirement of CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) and our liability insurance provider. Therefore it is advisable that we have as much prior notice to complete this as possible. Generally there are a number of permissions we may need to obtain, be it from clients, land holders, local government or CASA. We also ask that all clients inform their near neighbours of the drone task prior to commencement date, this enables people to restrain livestock and pets which may be spooked during operations and addresses any privacy concerns.
Agricultural Applications:
Our team do not advise on products for application. As the client, you are responsible for liaising with your agronomist for the most appropriate application. Aerial Applications Australia take no responsibility for the effectiveness or outcome of the clients choice of input (chemical, fertiliser, seed). Aerial Applications Australia will not be held responsible for damage caused by application choice. All requested applications shall be within the manufactures prescribed specifications.
Clients are to complete an application request form (provided by us) outlining the required input before task execution.
Travel:
We will travel to your work location from Kingaroy QLD. Travel is charged as a line item on final invoice at a $/km rate. We use Google maps to calculate our travel distance to a task with the start location as "Kingaroy QLD 4610".
Pricing:
Every drone task differs and therefor we do not offer price list on our website, as we prefer to discuss the task requirements with our clients. Every flight consists of differing locality, site factors, required output (result), risk assessments and potential authorisations (required by the Civil Aviation Authority).
We do work from a pricing list which we are happy to share with you upon task discussion. Aerial Applications Australia does operate at a minimum charge rate and if your requirement does not meet this, you will be charged the full "minimum charge" rate.
Billing and Payment:
All payments are due within a 14 day period after execution of the task, unless prior discussed and agreed. Payment is to be made via direct deposit to the Aerial Applications account nominated on the final invoice.
Intellectual Property:
Aerial Applications Australia reserves the rights to all footage and produced output unless agreed prior to contract commencement. Use of Aerial Application Australia's by a third party, is by written agreement only.
